5 reasons we are thankful

We, at the American Legion Auxiliary are so thankful for:

1. Our 700,000 strong members, which give us a powerful voice for God and Country to advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace, and security.
2. A lasting heritage and long history of advocacy for veterans that spans nearly 100 years.
3. A treasured mission to serve in the spirit of Service Not Self, to support The American Legion, and honor the sacrifices of those who served by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military, and their families.
4. Generous supporters who understand our mission and come alongside us to give their time, energy, leadership, and financial support for all we do.
5. The American Legion Auxiliary Foundation, which, with your help, is working hard to ensure our future to make sure we are here for future generations.
